  1. Kudos on this episode, I really liked it.
I think that the hugo awards are outdated at this point, tho.
Like that you’re branching out to other streaming platforms, but isn’t twitch mostly for gaming? I think I read something about twitter doing streaming now, maybe you should look into that too!
Love the interplay between four people!

You might want to consider other platforms that are actually meant for streaming though.
Off the top of my head there’s… rumble, odysee, bitchute, youtube.
Underwhelmed by Trish thinking mountain & the sea should have been nominated! It was mediocre at best! That’s just my opinion though.
Really think that Jim Butcher deserves his day in the sun instead, or maybe hm… what’s his name? It’s another scifi fantasy author…
Steven Brust! That was it. His fantasy/mystery novels are simply divine.
Everyone can get behind these authors but we keep getting subpar nominees at every hugo awards. It’s just…
    Literally dumb.
Finally, as far as the nominations go the shorter stories are almost always universally garbage. Not surprised you haven’t heard of any of them.

Paul needs to calm down on the listener suggestions. We heard you!
Also Trish talking about the hugo voting requirements – didn’t they change those in the last year or two? Do the new ones apply to people in china? Oh, and about the strike (35 minutes in) –
Underserved writers were thrown under the bus by the WGA not meeting studios just because they didn’t want to talk about the issues all at the same time.
Lastly, Shaun you can never be too old for controversy. EMBRACE IT!
