  1. Great interview, and I’m as proud as a peacock (all feathers widespread) my story ZeroKelvin is praised by Thomas Olde Heuvelt from min. 50 onwards! As for Show Notes: the author’s name of ZeroKelvin, I’m afraid, is not Johann, but happens to be Johan Zonnenberg. Cheers

  2. Interesting discussion.

    One note on “de Scrypturist”, it isn’t only a quite Dutch book in some ways – with a(n accidental) conflict between sea and land. But it is also the only work that I can think of that tries to translate the internet to a magical system. International communication, on an international magical ‘web’. And the magic workers in the book reminded me of programmers more than writers, with hackers and open source proponents. They (it and its sequel) are books that really deserve to be read widely.
